Technology Services Manager

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced IT Service Manager to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our entire IT infrastructure, from network management and user support to service delivery and strategic planning.

About the role

You will be responsible for leading the IT Service Desk team, problem management, working with vendors, and effectively managing and prioritising tickets to ensure SLAs are met. This role is also responsible for the effective management of the performance of team members and identifying process improvements and efficiencies to achieve optimum outcomes.

The role is also accountable for ensuring the service management and delivery functions operate effectively and efficiently across the IT Team and for managing initiatives to ensure service delivery of the Technology Services functions and processes.

About you

  • Extensive experience in IT service management or a related field.
  • Experience managing IT vendors and problem management.
  • Proven experience leading and motivating a team.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning.
